Training and seminars

KATU organises courses, seminars, and other training for NGOs and other actors involved in conflict prevention and civilian crisis management.

KATU publishes an e-newsletter in Finnish. The e-newsletter informs on KATU activities and projects and of those KATU member organisations' activities, which fit in to KATU's areas of concentration. The e-newsletter is distributed to NGOs, official authorities, research institutes and the media as well as to Finns working abroad in civilian crisis management positions.

In KATU Series on Conflict Prevention, reports and studies on conflict prevention and related themes are published. So far KATU has published eleven reports. KATU also publishes material in cooperation with different national and international non-governmental actors.
